About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made from LandlordRadar through our website and checkout provider. By purchasing a product from us, you agree to these terms.
What we sell
LandlordRadar sells downloadable document templates, trackers, practical guides and reference tools for self-managing private landlords in England. Our current products are:
- Pet Request Pack — a focused pet-request workflow.
- Compliance File Pack — a full landlord paperwork system.
- Compliance File Pack + Legislation Update Cover — the Compliance File Pack with an annual subscription providing access to revised files.
We also offer free lead magnets such as the New Tenancy Setup Map + Checklist 2026 and the RRA 2025 Quick Reference, available in exchange for a valid email address.
Product scope
Our products are designed for self-managing landlords with standard single-let residential properties in England. They are not designed for:
- HMOs;
- lodger arrangements;
- company lets;
- short lets;
- social housing;
- supported accommodation;
- Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland;
- other specialist or non-standard arrangements,
unless we expressly say so on the product page.
Licence and permitted use
- Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for your own personal or internal business use.
- One purchase may be used across your own properties as a self-managing landlord.
- You may edit the templates for your own property paperwork.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly or republish the files, in original or modified form.
- The licence does not cover use by letting agents, consultants, advisers or other service providers on behalf of their clients unless we have agreed this in writing.
Payments and downloads
- Products are delivered digitally after purchase.
- One-off products are sold for a single payment.
- Payments are processed by our checkout provider (currently Lemon Squeezy), which handles payment, VAT/sales tax where applicable, and digital product delivery.
Legislation Update Cover (annual subscription)
Legislation Update Cover is a recurring annual subscription. It provides access to revised files if LandlordRadar releases an updated version of the pack following relevant legislative changes during the paid subscription period.
It does not guarantee that every legal or guidance change will require an update, and it is not a live legal monitoring or legal compliance service.
Subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and future access to new revised files after the current paid period ends, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

LandlordRadar provides self-help templates and practical guides. It is not a legal advice service. For non-standard, disputed, high-risk or complex situations, seek qualified legal advice.
Liability and disclaimers
We make reasonable efforts to keep our materials aligned with current English landlord law and GOV.UK guidance, but laws and official guidance can change. You should always check current GOV.UK guidance and legislation before relying on any template or guide for your specific situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LandlordRadar excludes liability for losses arising from reliance on the materials without appropriate independent verification for your circumstances. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
