About these terms

These terms apply to purchases made from LandlordRadar through our website and checkout provider. By purchasing a product from us, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

LandlordRadar sells downloadable document templates, compliance guides, and reference tools for self-managing private landlords in England. Our products are designed for standard single-let residential properties unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Our products are not legal advice and are not a substitute for bespoke advice on unusual or complex cases.

Licence and permitted use

  • Your purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for your own personal or internal business use.
  • You may edit the templates for your own property paperwork.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share publicly, or republish the files, whether in original or modified form.

Product scope

Our packs are intended for standard single-let properties in England. They are not intended for HMOs, student lets, supported accommodation, company lets, social housing, guarantor-heavy arrangements, or specialist situations unless we expressly say so.

Payments, downloads and updates

  • Products are delivered digitally after purchase.
  • One-off products are sold for a single payment.
  • Annual Updates is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
  • The Full Compliance Pack includes free updates until 31 July 2026 as described on the product page.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep our materials aligned with current guidance and legislation, but laws and official guidance can change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LandlordRadar excludes liability for losses arising from reliance on the materials without appropriate independent verification for the user's circumstances.
