14-day refund policy
We offer a 14-day refund policy for digital products purchased from LandlordRadar if the pack is not right for your property type or circumstances.
When refunds are available
- You bought the pack for a property or arrangement it is clearly not designed for, such as an HMO, student let, supported accommodation, company let, or another unusual setup.
- You were unable to access the files and we could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- You made a duplicate purchase by mistake.
When refunds may not be available
- You have already used the templates extensively and are simply changing your mind.
- You are asking us to refund a purchase where the product description and exclusions were clearly stated before purchase.
How to request a refund
Email support@landlordradar.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and include your order email, the product purchased, and a short explanation of the issue.
Annual Updates subscription
If you purchase Annual Updates, the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the checkout provider or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing and future update access after the current paid period ends unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Refunds for subscription renewals are considered in line with this policy and the circumstances of the individual case.
