Our refund policy for digital products and Legislation Update Cover subscriptions.

14-day refund policy

Because our products are digital downloads, we do not usually offer refunds simply because a customer changes their mind after downloading or using the files. However, we will consider refund requests within 14 days of purchase where:

  • the pack was clearly unsuitable for the property type or arrangement (for example, an HMO, lodger arrangement, company let, short let, social housing, supported accommodation, or another non-standard setup);
  • you were unable to access the files and we could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time;
  • you made a duplicate purchase by mistake.

When refunds may not be available

  • You have already used the templates extensively and are simply changing your mind.
  • You are asking us to refund a purchase where the product scope and exclusions were clearly stated before purchase.
  • The request is made outside the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

Please use our Contact page within 14 days of purchase. Include your order email, the product purchased, and a short explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within a few working days.

Legislation Update Cover subscription

If you purchase Legislation Update Cover, the subscription renews annually until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time through the checkout provider or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing and future access to new revised files after the current paid period ends, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Refunds for subscription renewals are considered in line with this policy and the circumstances of the individual case.
